Birthday Day cont...

Here are a few more pics that I promised from the night of the Princess's actual b day...

We let the kids choose where they want to go for dinner on their b day... The Princess said she wanted to go to Taco Bell & get a cheeseburger lol. We ended up at Del Taco instead, that seemed to be EXACTLY what she wanted! lol

Daddy was asking The Princess if she had had a good b day, she looked at him & said "No, cause I didn't have any cake...". Crazy girl! Of course, we had to break out the ice cream cake for her at that point! It was a GREAT day for all of us! We love you so much Princess Roo!!!

Birthday Madness!

It's been a whirlwind of b day parties here, but boy have we had fun!

It's so hard to believe my little Princess is 4 years old, where has the time gone? We had a Princess Party with 5 of her favorite little Princesses, we had SO much fun!!!

Here are a few (ok, a bunch) of pics from the family party we had for her & Bonez & then from her friend's party yesterday...

Princess Party...

Here are some from today, her actual birthday. Daddy started her day off right by presenting her with her very own "Birthday Rose" (pink of course)...

She had a GREAT time with her buddies at "Old McDonald's" for lunch...

I'll add more pics tomorrow of the fun we had as a family...

Fun filled weekend...

We just celebrated Bonez' 14th birthday. I still can't believe he is 14, that's CRaZy!!! We didn't do much on his actual b day, we got him some cool Laker shirts, but that's it. He couldn't come up with anything that he wanted, so we told him to let us know when he decided & we would get it for him. Instead of going out to dinner for his big day, he wanted Domino's pizza. Ummm, okay...

Friday evening he had his friends party, he had 9 boys come over, they had SO much fun! We had 3 ps3's set up so they got some major gaming in. They also all went & played hoops outside. The boys stayed the night & some of them even got some sleep!!! It was such an easy party, we got pizzas, chips & dips, popcorn, etc for them to snack on & then let them make their own ice cream sundaes. Instead of cake, he wanted "personalized" cookies, so that's what we did. Those were a HUGE hit let me tell you!

After the excitement of the party, we switched gears & focused on Easter. I will tell you now, I HATE HATE HATE coloring Easter eggs. I decided to only do 1 dozen this year & if the boys didn't want to "help", I wasn't going to make them. I REFUSED to fight with them this year. We actually ended up having fun, only the younger 2 wanted to color any, then C Man decided he wanted to do a couple. Quick & easy & actually wasn't too painful! ;) Here are a few pics that were snapped during that "fun". lol (Oh, the "unibrow" & "mustache" on Bubby are compliments of some of B's friends... they "got him" while he was sleeping", he wore them with pride let me tell you!)

It was a pretty laid back Easter, one spent with just our "little" family, but I wouldn't change a thing! Prince Charming & I got to sleep in, then watched conference together. We spent the rest of the day just hanging out with the kiddos & eating candy. Dinner was NOT your traditional Easter dinner, but it worked perfectly for us & was super yummy!

Until next time...

Day 11: Sea World

We ended our vacation by spending the day at Sea World. Honestly, we couldn't have ended it with anything better! We absolutely LOVED it!!! We paid $5 extra & got the preferred parking & ended up with a FRONT ROW spot! Whoo Hoo, SO worth the extra $!

Anyway, the weather was incredible, the kids were great, as was the entertainment. It was seriously one of the best days of the whole vacation for us. We all had so much fun. We went to 2 different Shamu shows, we got wet the first show, but really weren't all that impressed with the "entertainment", it was ok, but we couldn't figure out what all the "fuss" was about. Anyway, we ended up watching the last show of the night, "Shamu Rocks"... OMGosh, what a FANTASTIC show! We had more fun, it was a blast! We chose to sit up top for that one since it was getting late & the temps had gone down. Boy did we make the right choice there! The people that sat down below in the "Soak Zone" ended up getting DRENCHED! The whales were incredible & definitely better than the first one! They close the park by doing a fireworks display, SO cool & I'm so glad we ended up staying to watch!

Here are some pics of our last day in Cali...
