Fun filled weekend...

We just celebrated Bonez' 14th birthday. I still can't believe he is 14, that's CRaZy!!! We didn't do much on his actual b day, we got him some cool Laker shirts, but that's it. He couldn't come up with anything that he wanted, so we told him to let us know when he decided & we would get it for him. Instead of going out to dinner for his big day, he wanted Domino's pizza. Ummm, okay...

Friday evening he had his friends party, he had 9 boys come over, they had SO much fun! We had 3 ps3's set up so they got some major gaming in. They also all went & played hoops outside. The boys stayed the night & some of them even got some sleep!!! It was such an easy party, we got pizzas, chips & dips, popcorn, etc for them to snack on & then let them make their own ice cream sundaes. Instead of cake, he wanted "personalized" cookies, so that's what we did. Those were a HUGE hit let me tell you!

After the excitement of the party, we switched gears & focused on Easter. I will tell you now, I HATE HATE HATE coloring Easter eggs. I decided to only do 1 dozen this year & if the boys didn't want to "help", I wasn't going to make them. I REFUSED to fight with them this year. We actually ended up having fun, only the younger 2 wanted to color any, then C Man decided he wanted to do a couple. Quick & easy & actually wasn't too painful! ;) Here are a few pics that were snapped during that "fun". lol (Oh, the "unibrow" & "mustache" on Bubby are compliments of some of B's friends... they "got him" while he was sleeping", he wore them with pride let me tell you!)

It was a pretty laid back Easter, one spent with just our "little" family, but I wouldn't change a thing! Prince Charming & I got to sleep in, then watched conference together. We spent the rest of the day just hanging out with the kiddos & eating candy. Dinner was NOT your traditional Easter dinner, but it worked perfectly for us & was super yummy!

Until next time...
